Occhio programmable automated sieve calibration and certification system.
Compatible with sieve diameters from 3 inch to 12 inch (standard sieve support included)
Measures sieve apertures between .038 mm and 12.5 mm. Provides NIST Traceable Method
for measuring sieve apertures and wire diameters, using ASTM E-11 / ISO 3310 Criteria.
Programmable SOPS for each sieve, including focus settings, and ASTM E-11 calibration grade.
Time required per sieve 2 minutes for Inspection Grade.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Captures images of failed apertures. Images are inspected with AI,
and removed from the final report, after editing for clogged apertures.
Ultrasonic cleaner recommended for removing debris, prior to analysis.
