The hopper is made of Stainless steel, with a capacity of 2000 gms (based on wheat).
It is designed in such a way that the walls do not create any resistance in the motion of the grains.
The hopper top lift, is made detachable for access to interior parts for cleaning and adjustments.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
When a grain sample falls from the hopper, over the neoprene disc,
revolving at a speed of 8000 rpm, the grains are dispersed by the disc
from centrifugal force, towards the finished inner walls of the cylindrical body,
which allows the grains to fall through the spout.
Samples are divided into two equal parts.
